Tusky Hardwood is the material-first side of Tusky Farms: local logs becoming boards, slabs, shorts, and project stock for hobbyists and independent woodworkers in Niagara County and Western New York.

The premise
Small orders are real orders.
The customer may work from a garage. The material record should still be professional.
The sawmill creates access to one figured board, a short matched set, a slab with a known face, or enough rough stock for a cabinet, table, box, repair, or experiment.
The standard is straightforward information: species, dimensions, source lot when known, milling date, visible defects, moisture condition, price, and preparation.
A commodity lumber yard.
No endless catalog, invented grades, guaranteed species list, unrestricted walk-in mill, or claim that every board is furniture-ready off the saw.

The mill knowledge can be shared. The audience, portfolio, price logic, inquiry process, and eventual brand name should be distinct.
